When it comes to healthy cooking and eating, I’ve found that simplest is best — especially on a busy weeknight or when you’re meal-prepping. Sometimes all you need is a lean protein and some veggies.
Meal-prepping is a crucial component of the Whole30 program. It helps to prevent the need to think about what you’re going to eat so that you can focus of simply fueling your body. Keeping it simple is the best way to be successful on this journey!
Below I am sharing my go to dinners, sides, salads, dressings and sauces all approved on the Whole30 meal plan!
