COMBINE INGREDIENTS

First, add chicken thighs, heavy cream, cream cheese, butter, and seasoning to a Crockpot. Cook on high for 2 hours.

Remove the chicken from the Crockpot and shred. Return to the slow cooker with the pasta and Parmesan cheese. Cook on high for 30 minutes.

Finally, season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
