Honey Roasted Carrots

These 3 Ingredient Honey Roasted Carrots are made with brown butter and honey then roasted until golden brown and perfectly tender.

CUT CARROTS

Preheat oven to 425F. Grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray, set aside. Cut carrots on a bias making sure to keep them similar in size. Place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

BROWN BUTTER

Preheat oven to 425F. Grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray, set aside. Cut carrots on a bias making sure to keep them similar in size. Place them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

ADD HONEY

Pour the honey butter onto the carrots and toss until the carrots are evenly covered with the honey butter.

BAKE

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender. If you want extra caramelization broil on high for 1-2 minutes.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
