 Spring Rolls 

These Spring Rolls are served with a sweet and spicy chili sauce!

COOK NOODLES

Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water, set aside.

SOAK RICE PAPER

Add warm water to a shallow bowl. Place 1 spring roll wrapper at a time in a bowl of warm water for 5-10 seconds until it softens up a bit.

ADD VEGGIES

Place the wrapper on a damp paper towel and add a handful of each veggie in the center. Fold the nearest edge over the toppings, tuck the sides, and roll away from you, ensuring a tight spring roll.

MAKE SAUCE

Add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, Sriracha and sesame oil to a small bowl. Whisk to combine and set aside.

Serve immediately with the Sweet and Spicy Chili Sauce!
