 2 Ingredient Bagels

These 2 Ingredient Bagels are made with just flour and Greek yogurt!

Make dough

Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add flour and greek yogurt to a bowl. Mix to combine and knead until it forms into a ball.

Shape bagles

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes, then let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Divide into 8 pieces and roll into balls. Rest the balls for 10 minutes, then shape into bagels.

Add seasonings

Transfer the bagels to the prepared baking sheet. Brush on the egg wash then top with everything seasoning or any other desired seasonings or cheese.

Bake

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they start to get golden brown.

Allow them to cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing and enjoying!
