Healthy Crunch Bars

These Healthy Crunch Bars are the perfect guilt-free way to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Melt chocolate mixture

Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper. Add the chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil to a saucepan. Cook on medium low heat, until melted

Add crispy rice

Add crispy rice to a bowl and set aside. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl with the crispy rice cereal. Toss to coat the rice in the chocolate.

Transfer to a loaf pan

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Spread into an even layer then using the back of a spoon press the mixture down.

Refrigerate

Place in the fridge for about 30-60 minutes or until set and hardened.

Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
