If you need a healthy dinner option, these BBQ Salmon Bowls are a serious must try!

Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl. Toss to combine then season with salt and pepper to taste, set aside.

Preheat oven to 425F. Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mustard powder and smoked paprika to a bowl.

Use your hands to rub the seasoning into the salmon.Place salmon filets on to a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle with the bbq rub.

Place on a baking sheet then bake for 8 minutes or until the salmon reaches 140 degrees.

Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add in olive oil and butter. Add in onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add in the riced cauliflower and saute for a couple of minutes to brown the cauliflower. Remove from the heat and stir in the cilantro, lime juice and lime zest.

Add the yogurt, cilantro, olive oil, garlic and lime juice to a food processor. Blend for 30-60 seconds, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the cauliflower rice between bowls then top each bowl with salmon. Top the salmon with mango salsa and a drizzle of cilantro yogurt sauce.
