BLEND DRY INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine both flour, oats, brown sugar and butter to a food processor. Process until the mixture is crumbly.

PULSE

Next, pulse the ingredients until they resemble pea-sized crumbs. They should look like this. Be careful not to overmix.

FOLD IN BERRIES

By hand, fold in the blueberries until combined. Gently fold in the blueberries so they do not get squished.

ARRANGE

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and form into an 8 inch disc. Cut into 8 even wedges and transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet.

BAKE

Brush the scones with cream and sugar and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on the outside.
