Breakfast Potatoes

These Breakfast Potatoes turn out tender and fluffy on the inside and golden brown on the outside.

BOIL POTATOES

Preheat oven to 500°F  and transfer oven rack to the bottom. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Add 10 cups of water to a pot. Once boiling add baking soda and potatoes. Boil for 1 minute.

SEASON POTATOES

Drain the potatoes and toss them into the pan with the butter, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Transfer them to the the prepared pan and spread into an even layer. 

BAKE

Bake for 15 minutes on the bottom oven rack. Stir and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until perfectly crisp and golden brown.

Serve immediately with your favorite breakfast items and enjoy!
