This Chocolate Banana Bark is packed with protein, healthy fats, and nutrients.

Thinly slice the bananas then spread them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl combine peanut butter and yogurt.

Spread the peanut butter and yogurt mixture on top of the sliced bananas.

Add chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted. Pour the chocolate onto the yogurt mixture then top with granola.
Freeze for an hour or until hardened. Break into chunks and enjoy!
