CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. In a bowl, mx together flour, baking soda and powder, salt, cinnamon, & nutmeg.
WHISK WET INGREDIENTS

In another bowl, whisk together the egg, oil, sugars, Greek yogurt, & vanilla extract until combined.
COMBINE INGREDIENTS

Combine both the dry and wet ingredients, but do not over mix.
FOLD IN CHOCOLATE

Next, fold in the chocolate chips and shredded zucchini.
TRANSFER TO PAN

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
SLICE & SERVE

Finally, remove the bread from the oven and let cool in the pan for 20 minutes. Take the loaf out of the pan and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack. Slice bread and enjoy!
Serve at room temperature or warm. Enjoy!
