Cranberry Crumb Bars

These Cranberry Crumb Bars are a delicious and easy way to put that leftover cranberry sauce to good use!

Make crumb topping

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 pan. In a bowl, mix melted butter, flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until clumpy. Set aside 1 cup.

Press down into pan

Transfer the remaining mixture into the prepared pan and pat down with your fingers or the backside of a spoon.

Spread sauce

Top the crust with cranberry sauce and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining cup of crumb over the bars.

Bake

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set and the crumb topping is golden brown. Allow the bars to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.

Let them cool then place in the freezer for 15-30 minute to make it easier to cut.
