Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

Ham and Cheese Pinwheels loaded with sliced ham, swiss cheese and cheddar cheese. All wrapped up in a homemade pizza dough and brushed with a dijon butter sauce!

BLOOM YEAST

Add warm water to the bowl of the stand mixer with the dough hook attachment. Add in yeast and honey. Stir and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.

MAKE DOUGH

Add 2 cups of flour, salt, and oil. Mix to combine, 3-4 minutes. Add remaining 1/2-3/4 cup of flour or until a ball forms that pulls cleanly away from the sides of the bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and allow the dough to rest for 1 hour.

ROLL DOUGH

Roll out dough on floured surface to roughly 14 x 14 inches.

ADD HAM & CHEESE

Cut slices of swiss in half and lay them out evenly on dough, followed by ham and lastly sprinkle with grated cheddar. Roll into a log and cut into 12 even slices. Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan.

BAKE

Brush on glaze and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Serve immediately and enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
