High-Protein Pizza Muffins

These High-Protein Pizza Muffins are a delicious, bite-sized way to enjoy all the yummy pizza flavors you love!

Whip egg whites

Preheat oven to 450F. Liberally grease a muffin tin with olive oil. Add egg whites to a stand mixer. Turn on high and whip until the eggs white form stiff peaks.

Add mix-ins

By hand fold in the salt, both cheeses, pepperoni and salami. (The egg whites will deflate a little that is okay!)

Bake

Divide the egg mixture between the muffin tin. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool muffins

Allow them to cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes before removing.

Enjoy with marinara for dipping and enjoy!
