One Pan Beef Gnocchi

Busy weeknights call for easy, satisfying meals like this Creamy One-Pan Beef Gnocchi!

Saute beef

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add in beef and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add tomatoes

Pour in the white wine or broth if using and deglaze the pan. Add in the fire roasted tomatoes, tomato paste and italian seasoning. Simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add gnocchi

Stir in heavy cream and gnocchi, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the gnocchi is tender and the sauce is thickened.

Add seasonings

Remove from the heat and stir in the parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Serve immediately with fresh parsley for garnish!
