You can have this Pumpkin Mac & Cheese on the dinner table in less than 30 minutes!

Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour for 2 minutes. Add milk, pumpkin, and seasonings, and cook on medium, whisking until slightly thickened, 4-5 minutes.

Take off the heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese. Season with more salt to taste if desired.

Add the cheese sauce to the macaroni and stir to coat.
