Cut puff pastry into 4 or 6 squares and place on a baking sheet lined with a silicon baking mat or parchment paper. Prick all over with a fork to keep the pastry from puffing up.
Arrange strawberries on top.
Bake rotating halfway through for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
Balsamic Reduction
Add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar to a small saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce has reduced by half. Keep warm until ready to use.
