These air fryer chickpeas are going to be your new favorite Whole30-approved guilt free snack! With only a handful of ingredients, you can make these any time of the year. Perfect for meal-prep ahead of a busy week or for packing in school lunches.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Spray the rack insert of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray. Spread drained and rinsed chickpeas on a kitchen towel to dry completely. (This helps to crisp up the chickpeas and helps the seasonings stick better).
Add the chickpeas, oil and either the curry spices or paprika spice blend to a medium bowl and toss to coat.
Add the chickpeas to the preheated air fryer and cook for 10-15 or until your desired crispness. I like to toss the chickpeas about half way through cooking.
