Ingredients
3very ripe bananas, mashed
3largeeggs
1tbspvanilla
1/4cupcoconut oil
1/4cupmaple syrup
1/2cupflax seed
2 1/2cupsalmond flour
1/2tspsalt
1tspcinnamon
1tspbaking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Add mashed bananas, (3) eggs, (1 tbsp) vanilla, (1/4 cup) coconut oil and (1/4 cup) maple syrup to a large bowl. Whisk until combined.Fold in (1/2 cup) flax seed, (2 1/2 cups) almond flour, (1/2 tsp) salt, (1 tsp) cinnamon and (1 tsp) baking soda until combined.
Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 15 minutes then remove to a cooling rack to cool completely.Slice, serve and enjoy!
