These Bacon Egg and Cheese Puff Pastries combine flaky puff pastry with creamy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese, all topped with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning for a savory, golden breakfast treat that's perfect for those busy mornings!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Allow your puff pastry to come to room temperature while your preparing the rest of the ingredients.
Add eggs and cream to a small bowl. Whisk to combine then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a medium skillet and once melted add in the eggs.Cook over medium heat and scramble the eggs. It's ok for them to be softer / runnier. They will continue to cook in the oven.Remove the eggs from the heat and set aside.
Place puff pastry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut into 9 squares. Stretch out each square to 3 x 3 inches.
Top each square with shredded cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon.
Add 1 egg to a bowl and whisk to combine. (This is your egg wash)Fold over one of the sides of puff pastry and brush with the egg wash. Fold the opposite side and place on top to create a bundle.
Brush each puff pastry bundle with the remaining egg wash and sprinkle with everything seasoning.
Bake for 15 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy! Serve immediately and enjoy!
