Baked Eggs in Avocado is a delicious and nutritious breakfast that combines creamy avocado with protein-rich eggs, crispy bacon and tangy feta! Perfect for a satisfying breakfast or brunch!
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. If you would prefer to use a whole egg then scoop out some of the avocado flesh. (You don't have to do this if you are using egg yolks)
Fill each avocado cavity with the egg then place in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the egg looks set (the egg yolk will still be runny)
Sprinkle with salt and pepper then top with feta cheese, bacon and green onions.Serve immediately and enjoy!
