This Banana Bread Latte tastes just like a slice of warm banana bread, but this time in sippable form. Made with a rich, homemade banana bread syrup and topped with pillowy banana bread whipped cream, it’s the ultimate comfort drink! It’s like dessert and coffee all in one glass!
In a pot on the stove, add water, maple syrup, sliced banana, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before adding it to the blender.
Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
