Ingredients
5ripebananas
3cupsold fashioned oats
3/4cupcreamy peanut butter
2tspvanilla
1/2cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 8 x 8 pan with nonstick cooking spray, set aside.
In a large bowl add in bananas and mash using a fork, muddler or masher.Add in oats, peanut butter, vanilla and chocolate. Mix to combine.
Transfer the oat mixture to the prepared pan then bake for 15 minutes or until the top starts to get a bit golden brown and the mixture looks set.
Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
