Boursin Broccoli Pasta
This Boursin Broccoli Pasta recipe combines the creamy goodness of Boursin cheese with perfectly roasted broccoli and tender pasta! By roasting the broccoli and garlic with the cheese, you create a flavorful sauce that coats every piece of pasta, made all in one pan!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Add broccoli, garlic and Boursin cheese to a large sheet tray or casserole dish.Drizzle with olive oil.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the broccoli is golden brown and tender.
Meanwhile cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water. My pasta took 8 minutes to be al-dente. Reserve 3/4 cup of the pasta water.
Add the cooked pasta to the broccoli cheese mixture and toss to coat. Start by adding 1/2 cup of the reserved pasta water. Add more as needed.Season with salt and pepper as need and serve and enjoy!
Notes
Always salt your waterwhen boiling pasta. This seasons the whole dish.Swap with other vegetables:Carrots / cauliflower / bell peppers / zucchini would all be delicious.Reserve 1 cup or more of pasta water to continue to add as needed. The longer the pasta sits the more water it may need to thin it out.
