Ingredients
1
cup
almond flour
1/2
cup
creamy peanut butter
1/2
cup
ground flax seed
4
tbsp
honey
2
tbsp
unsweetened cocoa powder
3
tbsp
water
sea salt for sprinkling
1
cup
dark chocolate
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. If mixture looks too try add a bit more water (1/2 tablespoon at a time).
Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll. Roll into 10 bites and store in the fridge for up to a week.
Add chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30-60 second intervals until melted.
Notes
If mixture is too dry.
Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture holds together when pressed.
If mixture is too sticky.
Wet your hands slightly before rolling to prevent sticking.
Make bars instead.
Press the mixture into a parchment-lined square pan, refrigerate, and cut into no-bake energy bars.
Roll in toppings.
Try rolling the bites in crushed nuts, mini chocolate chips, or shredded coconut for extra texture.
