Creamy, spicy, and absolutely irresistible, this Buffalo Chicken Dip transforms everyone's favorite wing flavors into the perfect party dip. It's got all the bold buffalo heat and savory chicken you love, wrapped in a warm, cheesy blend that'll have your guests coming back for more!
Add chicken broth and cream cheese to a medium saucepan and cook over medium high heat. Stir to melt the cream cheese. (I start out with a spoon then transfer to a whisk to remove any clumps.)
Add in blue cheese, buffalo sauce and shredded chicken to the saucepan. Stir until combined then transfer to a greased 9 x 9 inch baking dish.
Top with shredded cheddar and broil on high for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly and golden brown. Serve immediately with sliced baguette and veggies for dipping!
