Buffalo Chicken Zucchini Boats

Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
For serving

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the ends of each zucchini then cut them in half lengthwise.
- Using a spoon scoop out the center of the zucchini including the seeds.
- Place zucchinis in the bottom of a casserole dish. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a medium bowl combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Remove from the oven and divide the chicken mixture between the zucchinis.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake for 15 additional minutes.
- Serve immediately with additional buffalo sauce and ranch dressing and enjoy!
