Ingredients
1tbspolive oil
1lbground beef
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
4heaping cupsshredded lettuce
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1cuptomatoes, diced
1cupred onion, sliced thin
1/2cuppickles, diced
Homemade Burger Sauce
1/4cupbarbecue sauce
1/4cupmayonnaise
1/4cupmustard,, dijon or yellow mustard
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/4tsppaprika
Instructions
Add oil to a large skillet over high heat and add in the beef. Cook until browned and no longer pink, 3-4 minutes. Garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions, pickles and cooked ground beef between bowls. Top with homemade burger sauce and serve immediately.
Homemade Burger Sauce
Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Set the sauce aside until you are ready to assemble the bowls.
