Ingredients
3clovesgarlic
1smallred chili pepper, stem removed
1cupfresh parsley
3tbspfresh oregano
2tbspred wine vinegar
1/2cupolive oil
1/2tspsalt
1/4tsppepper

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse to combine.
