Coleslaw
With a few simple ingredients and minimal prep time, you can whip up this Easy Coleslaw Recipe with a homemade creamy dressing that is flavorful and delicious! Packed with green and red cabbage, shredded carrots and green onions, this coleslaw is easy and so refreshing!
Ingredients
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup scallions, sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Creamy Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Add cabbage, carrots and scallions to a large bowl.
- To make the dressing add mayo, vinegar, mustard, honey, celery seed, onion powder and garlic powder to a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Pour the dressing onto the coleslaw and toss until everything is coated in the dressing.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
