Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
2cupsfull fat cottage cheese
1/2cupsour cream
1/2cupbuffalo sauce
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
1tspdried dill
3cupsshredded cooked chicken breast
1cupsharp cheddar cheese, shredded
For serving
blue cheese crumbles
extra buffalo sauce, for drizzling
green onions, sliced
chips, veggies or baguette slices for dipping!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9 x 9 pan with non stick cooking spray.Add the cottage cheese, seasonings, buffalo sauce and sour cream to a blender or food processor.
Pulse for 30-60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth, creamy and lump free.
Toss in the cooked chicken breast.
Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared pan and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dip looks bubbly. I like to broil mine after for 1-2 minutes to brown the cheese a bit more.Serve with chips, veggies, crackers or bread for dipping! Enjoy!
