Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray the parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray.
Add cottage cheese, egg whites and seasonings to a blender. Blender for 30-60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Spoon out the cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges start to get golden brown.
