Crab Pasta
This Crab Pasta recipe is so simple, but it feels special! Fettucine noodles and delicate crab meat are tossed in a light, buttery lemon sauce and topped with fresh parsley to add a pretty pop of color and a hint of freshness. It's the kind of meal that feels elegant enough to enjoy for a date night, but also easy enough to throw together on a busy weeknight!
Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Strain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water and set aside.
In a large skillet, over medium heat, add in olive oil, garlic and chili flakes, sauté for about one minute. Add in wine, lemon juice, and zest. Bring to a light simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes.Stir in cold butter and swirl around the pan while whisking to emulsify butter into the sauce.
Remove from the heat and toss in cooked pasta, crab and parsley. Toss gently to not break up the lumps of crab.Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately with freshly grated parmesan cheese, if desired!
