Cranberry Brie Bites are an easy to make holiday appetizer with the perfect blend of savory and sweet flavors! Featuring flaky crescent roll crust topped with creamy brie, tangy cranberry sauce and crunchy pecans for delicious flavor and elegant look!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Roll out crescent dough and pinch seams. Cut into 24 squares.
Place each square in the prepared mini muffin pan.
Top each crescent dough with a square of brie cheese and 1 tsp of cranberry sauce.Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crescent roll dough is golden brown. (If the cheese overflows use a butter knife to scoop it back in while it is still warm)Serve with a sprig of rosemary on each and enjoy!
