Ingredients
1cupoats
2/3cupcreamy peanut butter
1/3cupcranberries
1/3cupwhite chocolate chips
1/4cup cashews
1tspvanilla
1/2cupground flax seed
3tbspmaple syrup
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl.
Stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up. This makes them easier to roll.
Roll out 16 balls and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
