Cucumber Tea Sandwiches
Made with an herb packed cream cheese and thinly sliced cucumbers, these delectable Cucumber Tea Sandwiches are savory, refreshing and oh so cute! Perfect for back to school lunches or afternoon snacks!

Ingredients
6slicesbrioche bread, with the crust cut off
1mediumEnglish cucumber, sliced thin
4ouncescream cheese, softened
1tbspmayonnaise
2tbspparmesan cheese
1tbspfresh dill, chopped
1tbspfresh parsley, chopped
1tbspfresh chives, chopped
1tbsplemon juice
1/4tsplemon zest
1/2tspgranulated garlic
1/2tspgranulated onion
salt and pepper
Instructions
Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan Cheese, dill, parsley, chives, lemon juice, zest, granulated garlic and onion. Stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread about a tablespoon on to each slice of bread.
Top with cucumber slices and place one sandwich on top of the other. You could also leave them open faced if you prefer. Cut each sandwich into 4 equal squares.
