Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 ribs celery, diced
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- green onions for garnish, if desired
Instructions
- Add shredded chicken, mayonnaise, onion, celery, curry powder, honey, lemon juice and mustard to a medium bowl.
- Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with green onions if desired and enjoy!
