Date Energy Balls

Ingredients
1cupdates, pites removed
1/2cupnuts, I used walnuts
2tbspground flax seed
1/4cupshredded unsweetened coconut
1tspvanilla
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor fitted with the blade attachment.
Pulse for 60 seconds or until the mixture comes together. You should be able roll it into a ball easily and it should be sticky. If not you can blend a little more.
Roll into balls (I got 10). Enjoy immediately or place in the fridge for up to 5 days.
