Energy Ball Base
2/3cupcreamy peanut butter
1cupold fashioned oats
1/2cupground flax seeds
2tbsphoney
1/2cupmix in's (see variations below)
Double Chocolate
1/2cupchocolate chips
2tbspcocoa powder
White Chocolate Cranberry
1/4cupwhite chocolate chips
14cupdried cranberries
Lemon
1/2lemonzested and juiced
2tsppoppy seeds
Monster Cookie
1/4cup mini M & M's
1/4cupmini chocolate chips
Trail Mix
1/4cuppeanuts
1/4cupraisins
Almond Joy
reduce oats by 1/4 cup
1/4cupalmonds, chopped
1/4cupunsweetened shredded coconut
1/4cupchocolate chips
Cake Batter
1/4cupsprinkles
2tbspvanilla protein powder
Instructions
Combine the peanut butter, oats, flax seed and honey in a large bowl. Stir in your mix ins. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll. Also slightly damp hands make it easier to roll as well!
Roll into 12 bites and store in the fridge for up to a week.
