15phyllo cups, thawed
2tbspfig jam
2ouncesgoat cheese
2tbspcooked bacon, crumbled
1tbspparsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet. Top with a tsp or so each of goat cheese then a tsp of fig jam.
Sprinkle with bacon then bake for 8-10 minutes or until the goat cheese looks melty and the phyllo cups start to get some color on them.
