phyllo cups, thawed

fig jam

ounces
goat cheese

tbsp
cooked bacon, crumbled

tbsp
parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
Top with a tsp or so each of goat cheese then a tsp of fig jam.
Sprinkle with bacon then bake for 8-10 minutes or until the goat cheese looks melty and the phyllo cups start to get some color on them.
Serve with chopped fresh parsley on top.
