Granola Butter
Granola Butter is a unique and delicious spread made from blending granola ingredients like oats and seeds! It offers the sweet, complex flavors of granola in spreadable form, perfect for toast, fruit or as an addition to smoothies!

Ingredients

old fashioned oats
1/2
cup
hemp seeds
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
all spice
1/4
cup
maple syrup

tbsp
vanilla
1/3
cup
coconut oil, melted plus more as needed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add the oats, hemp seeds, cinnamon, all spice, maple syrup, vanilla and coconut oil to a large bowl. Toss to combine.
Spread the mixture out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the oats start to get golden brown.
Remove from the oven and transfer the toasted oats to a high powered blender or food processor.
Starting on low pulse and work your way up to high for 30-60 seconds.
If the mixture is not blending add more coconut oil 2 tbsp at a time.
Store homemade granola butter at room temperature in a mason jar for up to 1 month!
