Homemade Protein Bars
Homemade Protein Bars that mimic the popular Perfect Bars are packed with nutritious ingredients like peanut butter, flax seed, and a protein powder blend for a balanced, energy-boosting snack! These bars are customizable, making them better than the store-bought version!

Ingredients
1 1/2cupsoat flour
1/2cupprotein powder
1/2cupflax seed
1/4tspsalt
1/2cupcreamy peanut butter
1tbspcoconut oil, melted
1/2cupmaple syrup
1tspvanilla
1/4cupchocolate chips, plus more for sprinkling on top
Instructions
In a large bowl combine oat flour, protein powder, flax seed, salt, peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla.
Mix until everything is combine (the mixture will be pretty thick. You might have to use your hands to mix everything)
Line a 8 x 8 loaf pan with parchment paper. Press the oat mixture into the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips on top then press those in.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Cut into bars then enjoy!These can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
