Honey Mustard Salmon

Ingredients
1lbsalmon
1tbspdijon stone ground mustard
1/2tbsphoney
1/2tbspolive oil
1clovesgarlic, minced
1/4tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
chopped parsley for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
In a small bowl combine the dijon, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix to combine then set aside.
Spread the mustard sauce onto the salmon.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.Serve with fresh parsley and enjoy!
Notes
Don't over cook the salmon! Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your salmon. The key for delicious, moist salmon is to ensure that it isn't overcooked. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature when in doubt! For medium cook salmon to 135 F.If using frozen salmon, make sure to allow it to fully thaw in the fridge before cooking.
