ice water
salt and pepper, for serving

Instructions
Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Very carefully lower eggs into the boiling water. Sprinkle in the tbsp of salt.
Cook for 6-7 minutes then remove from the pot and transfer them to an ice bath. After 2 minutes remove them from the ice bath.
Under running water peel the eggs. Discard the shells and arrange the eggs on a platter or store in a Tupperware container.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and bagel seasoning, if desired.
