Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce espresso
  • 3 ounces pumpkin spice eggnog
  • ice

Pumpkin Spice Sugar Rim

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Pumpkin Spice Sugar Rim

  • In a small shallow bowl combine pumpkin pie spice and sugar. Mix to combine and set aside.
    Add water to another small shallow bowl.
  • Dip the rim of a glass into the water then into the pumpkin spice sugar, set aside.

Martini

  • Add the vodka, espresso, pumpkin spice eggnog and ice to a shaker.
    Shake for a good 30 seconds then strain the cocktail into the sugar rimmed glass and serve!
