Raspberry Chia Pudding is a simple and nutritious pudding that makes for a perfect breakfast, snack, or dessert! Add the raspberries to jar or cup. Mash them with a muddler or the back of a spoon.Next add in the greek yogurt, honey, milk and vanilla. Mix to combine.
Sprinkle in the chia seeds and give another stir. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.
Serve the chia pudding with more raspberries on top for garnish and optional coconut flakes! Enjoy!
