Baked Parmesan Garlic Chicken Nuggets
Super Crispy Baked Parmesan Garlic Chicken Nuggets. Breaded in panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese and baked until golden brown and crispy. Wonderful as an appetizer or for dinner!

Ingredients
1lbchicken breasts, cut into bite size cubes
1/2cupflour
2largeegg
1cuppanko breadcrumbs
2tbspolive oil
1/2cupParmesan cheese
1tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
1tspgranulated garlic
1tsponion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add breadcrumbs and olive oil to a rimmed baking sheet and stir to coat the breadcrumbs in oil.While the oven is preheating add in the breadcrumbs and cook for 2-3 or until toasted and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a shallow bowl. Add in the granulated garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper to the toasted breadcrumbs. Stir in the parmesan cheese, set aside.
Add flour to a shallow bowl, set aside.Add eggs to a shallow bowl and whisk, set aside.
Starting with the flour and ending with breadcrumbs, dip the chicken into the flour, egg and seasoned breadcrumbs.
Transfer the chicken nuggets to a baking sheet grease with nonstick cooking spray.
Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Flip halfway through cooking.
