Ingredients
2tbspunsalted butter
1largeonion, diced
4clovesgarlic, minced
1smallhead cabbage, shredded
1tspsalt
1/2tsppepper, or less to taste
Instructions
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.Add in onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it starts to brown.
Add in garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Add in cabbage and sauté for 6-8 minutes on medium high heat making sure to stir frequently. Halfway through cooking sprinkle with salt (this helps to speed the wilting process).
Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
