Poppyseed Dressing

white wine vinegar

Greek yogurt, full fat

Instructions
Spinach Strawberry Salad
Add spinach to a large bowl or 2 individual bowls.
Top with red onion, strawberries, nuts and feta cheese.
Drizzle with poppyseed dressing and serve immediately!
Poppyseed Dressing
Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or bowl. Whisk to combine until creamy. Set aside until ready to serve with the salad.
