5-Ingredient Chocolate Peppermint Bark

This minty chocolate peppermint bark is easy to make and perfect for winter fun! Crushed candy cane and melted chocolate are intertwined for a delicious candy!

MELT CHOCOLATE

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Melt the chocolate in a bowl with coconut oil in the microwave in 3- second intervals until melted.

SPREAD CHOCOLATE

Spread the chocolate in an even layer on the baking sheet, then chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

MELT WHITE CHOCOLATE

Next, melt the white chocolate in the microwave with coconut oil in 30 second intervals until melted. Stir in the peppermint extract.

LAYER

Next, pour the melted white chocolate over the hardened dark chocolate. Spread in an even layer.

ADD CANDY CANES

Add the crushed candy canes to the top of the melted chocolate.

CHILL

Place the chocolate tray back in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until hardened.
