Next, melt the white chocolate in the microwave with coconut oil in 30 second intervals until melted. Stir in the peppermint extract.

Next, pour the melted white chocolate over the hardened dark chocolate. Spread in an even layer.

Add the crushed candy canes to the top of the melted chocolate.

Place the chocolate tray back in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until hardened.
